Technical Program Manager

Job Description

Planning these network augments requires working with various teams to understand the full scope, put together bills of material, acquire space and power needed, order equipment to the site, obtain additional cabling material, work through final installation, validations, and provisioning into the network. Required experience:

• Experience with Jira or other project management platforms
• Cloud datacenter networking experience, or experience deploying similar platforms
• Managing short & long term projects with variable criticality
• Supporting executive escalations and reporting
• Ability to navigate changing priorities, critical customer asks, providing dates and updates

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
