Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
  • Implement and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL.
  • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Utilize Git for version control and collaborate with team members on code reviews and branching strategies.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Java 17 and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proficiency in building microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL for database design, queries, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
  • Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
