About the Company

This position is available only for people residing in Japan. With the scale, solutions, and knowledge of over 40 group companies in Japan and overseas as our backbone, we are continuing to grow our business in areas such as new business development, investment, and overseas business. As a start-up member of the newly established division, you will have a great deal of discretion in your work. Unlike a regular digital marketing company, you will be able to be involved in measures outside of the advertising field as you will be collaborating with each of the group companies. This is a new department established in conjunction with business expansion. We are looking for someone who is willing to work with us during this growth phase. We are looking for someone who can work with us during the growth phase of our business. You will be able to work with a variety of clients and gain experience. Many of our members are highly motivated and can work independently and proactively, which allows for rapid growth. We do not have a top-down environment, but an environment where everyone is able to express their opinions.

Required Skills

・Japanese language skills: Business level

・At least 2 years of working experience

・Business level experience in Excel and PowerPoint

・Experience in web advertising management

・Experience in research/marketing

・Experience in numerical analysis

Pay range and compensation package

Employment Type: Permanent

Trial period: 3 months

Estimated annual income: 4M~8M

Work Location: Tokyo

Working hours: Flexible working hours (core hours 10:00 - 15:00)

Overtime allowance (45 hours/month) is included in the monthly salary.

Holidays: Two days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays

Vacations: Around 125 days off per year including 2 days off per week, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid vacation (10 days in the first year), congratulation or condolence, childcare, nursing care

Overtime: Average month 20~30 hours per month
