About the position
We are looking for a Client Device Management Engineer to help manage and evolve our enterprise endpoint environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that laptops, mobile devices, and workplace endpoints are secure, compliant, and easy to use for employees across the organization.
In this role you will work with modern device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Entra ID, and Okta, helping automate device lifecycle management, identity integration, and security policies.
You will collaborate closely with IT operations, security, and platform teams to deliver a seamless and secure digital workplace.
What you will do
As our new Junior Client Platform Engineer, your focus will be on:
- Manage and improve enterprise device management for macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune and Jamf environments
- Implement and maintain device compliance, configuration profiles, and security policies
- Integrate device management with identity platforms such as Entra ID and Okta
- Automate device provisioning, onboarding, lifecycle management and application deployment
- Troubleshooting and technical support for issues that may arise.
- Work with security teams to ensure endpoints meet compliance and security standards
- Maintain documentation, processes, and best practices for endpoint management
What we are looking for
- Experience with managing MDM solutions
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf
- Familiarity with identity and access platforms such as Entra ID, Okta, or similar
- Experience with device compliance, conditional access, and security policies
- Extensive knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android
- Experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with IT, security, and engineering teams
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies
Nice to have
- Experience with Zero Trust or modern endpoint security frameworks
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, or device enrollment programs
- Knowledge of SaaS identity integrations
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and mobile devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English
