Air Liquide
Japan · Full-time · Not Applicable

Air Liquide Laboratories is one of the main R&D centers of the Air Liquide group. Its goal is to develop new and innovative solutions for the entire Air Liquide group. Air Liquide Laboratories is located at Innovation Campus Tokyo, inaugurated in March 2019. The new facility promotes collaboration with customers, start-up companies and academic partners. It gathers researchers and workers from all around the world in order to promote a multicultural work environment and skills diversity. The Campus develops the latest thin film deposition and etching technologies for applications in electronics, batteries and fuel cells, as well as strategies and solutions for the entire supply chain, production, purification, storage, transportation and distribution of low carbon hydrogen.

We are seeking a thin film deposition researcher with extensive experience in ALD/CVD (Atomic Layer Deposition / Chemical vapor deposition), and evaluation of thin film samples obtained by ALD/CVD processes. It is beneficial that the candidate is knowledgeable in organometallics, thin film deposition methods, and/or characterization of thin film. The researcher works in teams with other researchers including synthesis chemists and deposition engineers in order to develop novel and promising ALD/CVD precursors.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Company and team:

Air Liquide (AL) is the world leader in gasses, technologies and services for industry and health since 1902. Currently AL is present in 73 countries with more than 67,000 employees. Five R&D sites are located all over the globe. One of them is “K. K. Air Liquide Laboratories (ALL)” located in AL’s Innovation Campus Tokyo in Yokosuka, Japan. This position will be for a researcher of the Analysis & Fine Chemistry group in ALL. In our team, we design and synthesize novel ALD/CVD precursors and develop thin film deposition processes for both semiconductor and non-semiconductor applications. The researcher will work in a multicultural environment and closely with internal and external customers and partners. ( https://electronics.airliquide.com/)
