Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities
• Perform competitor analysis to benchmark product features, pricing, and positioning
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers to support product development and procurement
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
• Assist in product testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards
• Document and report issues or bugs to the development team for resolution
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and performance criteria
• Create and maintain product manuals, user guides, and compatibility charts
• Ensure all product documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly
• Oversee the development of product packaging, including serial number labeling and design
• Ensure packaging aligns with branding and complies with regulatory standards
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. 
• Strong interest in electronics and consumer hardware
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the MS Suite (Excel, Power Point)
