We are partnering with a leading organization driving digital transformation and AI innovation to hire an AI Scientist. In this role, you will design and develop scalable, cloud-native AI and data solutions, solving real-world problems across industries. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology partners, and research institutes to build AI-driven products with significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI solutions from ideation through design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and operational use
• Assess and apply emerging AI technologies and algorithms with a focus on scalability and efficiency
• Build and maintain AI-enabled software components using microservices and cloud-native architectures
• Develop, validate, and optimize AI models for fairness, transparency, and operational performance
• Translate complex AI research into actionable insights, technical reports, blogs, papers, and presentations
• Support technology transfer initiatives and enable adoption of AI solutions in industry

Requirements

• Postgraduate or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Expertise in AI, especially Computer Vision, NLP, Recommendation Systems, or Generative AI
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and Python or C++
• Experience deploying AI models in production, including mobile or IoT environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
