We are seeking a resource to support the management of the SAP ECC migration initiative.
Expected Outcomes
Expected Outcomes
- Define the overall scope of the migration project
- Develop the implementation and migration roadmap, including key milestones and dependencies
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements across FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and Source‑to‑Pay processes
- Partner with the technology team to define and validate the migration approach
- Work with the technology team to assess upstream and downstream system impacts
- Support the Project Manager in providing regular updates to senior stakeholders (e.g. Project Steering Committee)
- Provide end‑to‑end support for the RFP process, including requirements input and evaluation
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology teams to drive requirements gathering and impact assessments
- Deliver clear and concise management updates tailored to senior stakeholders
- Produce succinct analysis and impact assessments to support informed decision‑making
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills
- Possess solid knowledge of finance and procurement processes
- Effectively drive and support process change initiatives
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and high-stake environment
- Navigate and manage ambiguity, demonstrating sound judgement in evolving and complex situations
