Role: Program/Project Manager

Location: 90% Remote - Local to NYC or NJ

Duration: 12 Month Contract + Extensions

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end technology programs or projects, including design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with executives

• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills

• Ability to drive results and hold teams accountable

• Experience with Microsoft and project management tools such as: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet

Job Description

We are seeking a Program/Project Manager who will support key operations across technology and operations. Key responsibilities include developing and managing program charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets, participating in program intake and prioritization discussions and gathering high-level requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to document project scope, dependencies, and kickoff activities. Additionally, this Program Manager will manage multiple programs simultaneously and ensure objectives and deliverables are met. This involves overseeing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes while optimizing scope, timeline, and resources, providing program-level status updates and reporting to sponsors and stakeholders, and supporting program governance and ensuring projects stay aligned with strategic goals.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Compensation: 50/hr - 55/hr
