Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior UI/UX Designer with strong Figma skills to support our design team in delivering high-quality work for global agency clients.

This role is suited for someone with 6–12 months of practical experience who understands design fundamentals, can follow structured processes, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs in Figma
• Work with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver tasks on time
• Design responsive layouts for web and mobile
• Maintain and update design systems, components, and style guides
• Use Figma features efficiently:
• Auto Layout
• Components & Variants
• Prototyping
• Implement feedback and iterate quickly
• Support landing pages, banners, and basic creatives
• Assist in basic usability testing and improvements

Required Skills

• 3–12 months of UI/UX or web design experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
• Good understanding of:
• Layout & spacing
• Typography
• Color usage
• Visual hierarchy
• Basic understanding of responsive design
• Ability to follow design systems and guidelines

Good to have:

• Adobe XD / Photoshop / Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
