We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with a strong technical foundation and high learning agility to join our team in financial services environments.

This role is ideal for someone dynamic, proactive, and eager to grow, with the ability to work across frontend, backend, and integrations, and quickly adapt to complex systems and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications (frontend and backend)
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work on system integrations and data flows
• Provide support for production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes
• Contribute to continuous improvements in systems and workflows

Technical Requirements

• Experience with Java (8 or higher)
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong understanding of SQL and basic knowledge of NoSQL
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git

Soft Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and fast learning ability
• Interest in or exposure to financial services

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with ETL or data processing
• Understanding of banking systems or financial domain
• Experience supporting production environments
