We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop cutting-edge intelligent mobility systems that enhance safety and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will be part of a team developing vehicle perception systems using in-vehicle sensors, simulations, and real-world testing. A passion for technology, innovation, and teamwork will help drive success as we create next-generation mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement software for environment recognition and decision-making systems inside and outside vehicles.
- Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrate in-vehicle sensor data for autonomous driving projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze system performance, and refine software solutions.
- Perform testing at all levels—unit, integration, and coupled testing—to ensure high-quality software performance.
- Integrate simulation tools with real vehicle environments, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Facilitate cross-team meetings, document project progress, and coordinate with stakeholders for system enhancements.
- Repository and project management using GitHub and collaborative tools.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML software development.
- Proven experience developing software with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Expertise in in-vehicle sensors, simulation, or autonomous driving projects.
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with ML Ops processes, including deployment with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Business-level English is required.
- Experience developing and testing software in a real vehicle environment.
- Ability to gather technical requirements, read documentation, and incorporate findings into robust software solutions.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency is a plus.
