The Role
We're working with a mission-driven social impact tech pioneer on this exciting opportunity. They are a leading charity-sector innovator that empowers non-profits to support the most vulnerable members of society through their bespoke CRM and data solutions.
This is a high-impact role where you will own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for a suite of tools built on the Salesforce platform. You'll bridge the gap between social purpose and technical excellence to deliver products that change lives.
The Role
- Define and own the multi-year product vision, value propositions, and strategic roadmap for the In-Form portfolio.
- Lead deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in the Not-for-Profit and Social Housing sectors.
- Develop robust business cases and financial models, managing pricing structures and discount models to ensure long-term product sustainability.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to embed seamless lifecycle processes from ideation and validation through to launch.
- Act as a Product Evangelist, presenting complex strategy updates to senior stakeholders and external partners to drive adoption.
- Proven experience in SaaS Product Management, ideally managing CRM-based products or platforms built on Salesforce.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to define target segments, user personas, and prioritized use cases for complex user groups.
- Expertise in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute successful product launches.
- Technical familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), data security, and regulatory compliance within a social care or charity context.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a background in using data-driven insights to influence investment decisions.
