Scrum Master
Locations: Hampshire, Woking or Gloucester (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Clearance: Active DV required
The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established UK technology and engineering consultancy, delivering high-impact, complex programmes within secure and mission-critical environments.
They are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner to support delivery across software-focused programmes, helping teams solve technically challenging and meaningful problems.
This role offers exposure to cutting-edge projects, working alongside highly skilled engineering and delivery teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning)
- Ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe Agile practices.
- Coach teams on Agile mindset, principles, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement and team performance.
- Support onboarding of new team members
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience using tools such as Jira.
Desirable Experience
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM)
- Experience working in Scaled Agile environments (SAFe)
Additional Information
- Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days onsite per week
- Occasional travel to client sites (~2 days per month)
