A leading technology consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer to design and deliver cloud-native customer experience (CX) platforms using modern AWS technologies.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who thrives in solution design, development, and delivery, with a strong focus on scalable serverless architectures and customer-engagement platforms.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based customer experience platforms, primarily within AWS environments.
You will:
- Design and build Amazon Connect-based contact centre solutions using serverless architecture
- Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations across cloud platforms
- Build and support frontend components for agent and customer experiences
- Integrate cloud platforms with enterprise systems (e.g. CRM and business applications)
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to solution design documentation, testing strategies, and deployment standards
- Provide Level 2 support for production environments, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, performance, and security best practices
- Support project delivery, including scoping, timelines, and technical execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices and solution quality
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..
- Strong experience in AWS cloud environments, particularly serverless architecture
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact centre solutions (CCaaS)
- Experience developing backend services using Node.js, Python, or Java
- Strong understanding of API design and integration (REST APIs)
- Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Exposure to frontend technologies and integrations
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong troubleshooting capability across production environments
- Experience working within structured service environments (ITIL or similar)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
IT’S NICE TO HAVE….
- Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
- Exposure to Terraform or serverless deployment frameworks
- Experience integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, Cognito)
- Experience working within consulting or client-facing environments
