This is a multi-disciplinary, enterprise-wide initiative with significant visibility, risk, and stakeholder engagement across the business.

The Role

You will lead a critical program focused on security compliance, infrastructure uplift, and technology enablement across a national footprint of sites, including corporate, licensed, and flagship locations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a national audit program assessing security compliance across a large, distributed retail network
• Driving site-level uplift initiatives, including physical and technology-based security enhancements
• Coordinating network and infrastructure upgrades, translating technical requirements into executable outcomes
• Partnering with enterprise technology teams and vendors to ensure effective delivery
• Delivering a pilot program introducing new technology via a hub-and-spoke deployment model
• Managing downstream operational impacts, including implications to logistics and cash handling networks
• Bringing structure, clarity, and governance to a complex, evolving program environment

What We’re Looking For

This role requires a balance of delivery rigour, stakeholder maturity, and practical problem-solving:

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-site or national programs
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in sensitive or risk-aware environments
• Ability to operate with diplomacy, flexibility, and high situational awareness
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, networks, or enterprise technology environments (not deeply technical, but credible)
• Experience working across business, technology, and vendor landscapes
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
• Comfortable working within structured governance and compliance frameworks
