Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Language & AI Content Specialist to join our Global Content Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, refining, and validating the performance of advanced generative models. Your goal is to ensure that AI-driven interactions are contextually accurate, culturally relevant, and linguistically precise across various international markets.

This is a human-in-the-loop position where your expert judgment will directly influence the quality of next-generation digital communication tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contextual Prompt Engineering

  • Design and execute sophisticated user queries to test the limits of AI models in specific personal and professional contexts.
  • Craft diverse scenarios to identify "edge cases" and potential gaps in the model’s understanding.
  • Ensure linguistic variety and alignment with regional communication standards.

2. Output Analysis & Failure Diagnostics

  • Generate and analyze model responses based on complex adversarial and contextual prompts.
  • Categorize failure modes, including semantic errors, safety violations, or tonal inconsistencies.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback on why a response succeeded or failed.

3. Comparative Evaluation & Quality Assurance

  • Rigorously compare model outputs against established baselines to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Perform multi-step validation for non-English content, ensuring no loss of context or cultural nuance.
  • Maintain high data accuracy, applying expert judgment to "gray area" or boundary content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Linguistic Excellence: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and Advanced English (C1/C2). You must be able to spot subtle nuances and cultural references.
  • AI Literacy: Basic understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and familiarity with the Generative AI landscape.
  • Prompting Skills: Ability to write clear, structured, and creative prompts to elicit specific behaviors from an AI.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong critical thinking skills. You should enjoy deconstructing language and identifying patterns or errors.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with data labeling tools, spreadsheets, and digital productivity suites.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where project requirements and AI capabilities evolve rapidly.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in Data Labeling, Content Moderation, or Quality Assurance for AI/ML projects.
  • Background in Linguistics, Communications, or Translation.
