A leading organization in the life sciences and optical technology space is looking for a Global Service AI Project Manager (m/f/d). This role is responsible for defining and executing AI-driven initiatives to enhance automation and service performance across a global organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and scale new digital service opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end AI projects including scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets

• Identify and scale AI and automation opportunities across the global service organization

• Manage collaboration with cross-functional teams and external technology vendors

• Develop technical prototypes and scripts while ensuring regulatory compliance

• Monitor project KPIs and risks to communicate progress to executive leadership

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing AI, analytics, or digital transformation projects

• Strong technical understanding of AI technologies and their business applications

• Ability to develop comprehensive business plans and monitor performance KPIs

• Experience working within a global service or technical organization
