You will work closely with product, development, and support teams to ensure that what we deliver meets both technical and user expectations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

What's in it for you:

  • Develop and execute structured test plans covering functionality, usability, and security
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and identify improvement opportunities
  • Track, prioritize, and report defects using appropriate tools
  • Validate fixes and perform regression testing to ensure stability of releases
  • Continuously improve testing approaches based on industry best practices
  • Contribute to establishing QA processes, standards, and workflows
  • As the team grows, support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of QA team members
  • Align closely with product management and customer support to improve overall product quality

What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing
  • Experience with manual testing of web or mobile applications
  • Ability to create structured test cases and test plans
  • Experience working with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and release processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience with test automation tools or frameworks
  • Basic understanding of APIs and ability to test them
  • Experience in iGaming or other high-performance digital products
  • Previous experience contributing to QA process setup or improvements

What we offer:

  • A low-bureaucracy environment built on trust, autonomy, and ownership
  • Competitive salary aligned with market benchmarks
  • Flexible working hours
  • Hybrid work model, with a modern office in Ülemiste City and an office option in Cyprus
  • Wellbeing and sports compensation via Stebby including health insurance
  • Extra paid vacation days to support rest and long-term sustainability
  • Paid sick leave
