Role: Java Application Support Engineer

Location: Helsinki, Finland, (Hybrid)

Experience in telecommunication domain.

Technical expertise

Java (Spring batch, JSP, Hibernate) HTML & JavaScript/jQuery, Groovy, XML,Ubuntu 20., MariaDB 10.3, MSSQL,L2/L3 support, ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent), Handling 24x7 operations, critical incidents, Monitoring & observability tools (APM, logs, alerts)

Proven experience in developing Java, Spring Boot

Familiar with latest trends in industry from technology and domain standpoint

Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases. Through understanding Agile principles and practices

Strong business process/system analytical skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.

Creative, innovative and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Team Player

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
