About The Role

Sulzer France is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR activities and play an essential part in ensuring efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience across the organization.

As an HR Specialist, you will be involved in employee lifecycle administration, HR compliance, recruitment, and broader HR initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a culture of excellence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management cycles, training activities, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure full compliance with French labor legislation and internal HR standards.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including posting job ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and preparing new hire documentation.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative processes.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of French labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• High level of professionalism and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
