MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Marketing Team in Acqua di Parma France, the key responsibilities are:

•Support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the brand’s marketing plan in France, ensuring flawless local execution in alignment with global strategy.

•Support Trade Marketing and Merchandising to manage materials pop, special out of the box activities, orders in sap

•Implement and survey the Newsletter calendar, analyses results and interface with HQ

•Support for translations and production of all materials specified by HQ

•Support in analyze results from the activities carried out, ensuring adequate ROI (visibility, awareness, sell out)

•Support in preparation of local sales events/meeting

•Manage all the materials needed for web & social media plan (editorial plan, platform, content, image) in line with communication plan and HQ guidelines

•Daily interaction with adjacent departments

REQUIREMENTS

•French speaker mandatory

•Good level of English, Italian is a plus

•Strong Knowledge of Excel and PPT programs

•Predisposition on luxury beauty business, communication

•Background in Marketing Management

•Highly energized and motivated, high level of commitment

•Ability to prioritize, work effectively under pressure to seasonal and customer deadlines

•Innovation attitude, commitment to teamwork, learning and development.
