QA Manual Tester (all genders)

We are looking for a QA Manual Tester with 3+ years of experience in mobile games to join Gimica. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our mobile titles by testing both frontend gameplay features and backend services. You are comfortable working across Unity projects, backend APIs, and live game environments, and you enjoy collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and data teams to deliver smooth player experiences.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA, ideally within mobile gaming
  • Solid understanding of backend testing and API validation
  • Hands-on experience testing Unity-based applications
  • Experience working with Firebase (e.g., Remote Config, Analytics, Crashlytics)
  • Experience using Swagger for API documentation and testing
  • Strong experience with Jira for bug tracking and workflow management
  • Experience with Xray (or similar test management tools)
  • Good understanding of client-server architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Job Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing test cases for mobile games (iOS & Android)
  • Backend and API testing (REST services, request/response validation)
  • Log analysis and debugging
  • Regression testing and release validation
  • Working in agile development environments
  • Writing clear, structured bug reports
  • Using test management tools and maintaining test documentation
  • Testing live operations features such as events, offers, and remote configurations
  • Coordinating testing efforts across multiple stakeholders
