Program Manager

Technical Program & Portfolio Manager | Hybrid

We're hiring for a company that operates within a larger corporate structure, offering the agility of a mid-sized environment with the backing of a major player. This organisation supports a diverse client base within the aerospace industry.

The Role

• Manage the technical program portfolio, including planning and maintaining program plans, budgets, roadmaps, business cases, and KPIs.

• Monitor costs, timelines, risks, opportunities, and technical requirements.

• Ensure compliance with relevant processes, standards, and guidelines (Program Lifecycle Management, Lean/Win Strategy).

• Prepare and conduct program reviews and coordinate with stakeholders at various levels.

• Provide technical leadership and coordination for interdisciplinary program teams in a matrix organisation.

• Act as the primary contact for customers at program level, managing escalations and technical alignments.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed a technical university degree.

• Several years of technical program/project management experience, ideally within the aerospace sector.

• Profound knowledge of program finances, technical changes, and customer communication.

• Ability to provide technical leadership within a matrix organisation.

• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and customer orientation.

• Fluent English and very good German language skills.
