Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative within a complex production management environment. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in an agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation
• Create and manage user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in JIRA
• Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Support prioritization and backlog refinement activities in an agile environment
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and requirement walkthroughs
• Ensure requirements are well understood and properly implemented by development teams
• Continuously refine processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in mid to large-scale technology environments
• Strong ability to interact with senior stakeholders and extract complex requirements
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus
• IIBA: Agile Analysis Certification/IIBA: Certification of Capability in Business Analysis Certification is a must have
