HR Administrator/Graduate

Dublin | Full-time, Permanent


About the Role

The HR Administrator will provide efficient and proactive administrative support across HR operations and recruitment activities. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes and delivering a positive employee experience from onboarding through to exit.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with GDPR and company policy.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, amendments, and HR correspondence.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit documentation.
  • Manage probation review schedules and support managers with required documentation.
  • Track annual leave, sickness absence, and other employee records.
  • Assist with payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate submission of information.
  • Support HR reporting and preparation of monthly HR metrics/KPIs.
  • Coordinate training records and support learning & development administration.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are correctly documented and communicated.


Recruitment Support

  • Post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks and right-to-work documentation checks.
  • Support the preparation of recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
  • Assist with offer preparation and onboarding documentation.


Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
