Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our OneSystem Project Team in our Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan.

How you make the difference

You will be part of OneSystem Project, a strategic transformation project aimed at implementing SAP S4/Hana in Spain and Morocco. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the simplification of intercompany flows and the extension of Bolton Food processes on an international scale.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• Project Support: Provide daily operational support to the Project Leadership in managing project activities.
• OneSystem Roadmap: Assist in the rollout phases, ensuring the project is smoothly integrated into the existing Bolton Food environment.
• Documentation & Creativity: Help draft formal IT documentation and create engaging internal presentations to keep stakeholders updated.
• Process Learning: Work closely with our Project Experts and internal leaders to learn how to manage complex business processes.
• Data & Change Management: Support data collection and change analysis to make our intercompany flows simpler and more efficient.
• International Experience: Support project activities directly on-site through international travel to project locations (e.g., Spain and Morocco).
  
  

Your Team

You will report directly to the Project Leader.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Graduate in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or IT Management
• Strong interest in Project Management and how technology drives organizational change
• You are excited about the opportunity to travel abroad and work in an international environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Native Italian and professional English are required (Spanish is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting
