Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team onsite in Riga and help build product features end-to-end in an AI-first engineering environment.

You should be highly hands-on and comfortable working across both backend and frontend, with strong practical experience in:

• Go
• Node.js
• NestJS
• React

This role is ideal for someone who can independently take features from idea to implementation, ship production-ready work, and work effectively with modern AI-assisted development workflows.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong full-stack engineering background
• Solid experience with Go, Node.js, NestJS, and React
• Ability to build and deliver features across backend and frontend
• Practical experience with AI coding tools/workflows
• Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, and vibe coding
• Good English communication
• Ability to work on-site in Riga
• Must have legal work authorization in Latvia

Nice to have:

• SaaS / B2B / enterprise product experience
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud environments
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Exposure to AI-powered product features or LLM-based workflows
