You will:

• Create visual communication concepts and design solutions;
• Spend most of your time developing digital communication assets;
• Collaborate and generate ideas with colleagues from social media, marketing, and
• design teams;
• Prepare sketches for advertising campaigns, participate in brainstorming sessions,
• and search for the best design solutions;
• Build and share your expertise with top design professionals.

Requirements:

• Design-focused education;
• 3+ years of experience working with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and other graphic design tools (experience in an agency is a strong advantage);
• Good understanding of digital design trends and channels;
• Attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and improve;
• Creativity and a drive to seek visually distinctive design solutions;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Salary:

The hourly salary for this position is 14-18 EUR gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
