About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the Fleet Performance Center (FPC) product track, including internal tooling, and to establish a clear and sustainable product operating model for the team. Your mission will be to transition current activities into a mature product model, where discovery, prioritization, and outcome ownership are driven by Product Management.
In this role, you will define and drive the FPC roadmap in close collaboration with the s-Insight product team, engineering, and relevant domain stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating business and user needs into a clear product strategy, validated requirements, and well-defined delivery priorities. Additionally, you will ensure that FPC decisions are aligned with adjacent products, data dependencies, and the overall platform direction.
You will act as the primary owner of FPC product outcomes, while closely partnering with the FPM team and the s-Insight product team on shared capabilities, dependencies, and cross-team planning.
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Main responsibilities
- Define product goals, success metrics, and KPIs for the product track.
- Own product discovery, including problem framing, stakeholder interviews, and validation of requirements.
- Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned with business objectives and shared dependencies with s-Insight.
- Establish and maintain a clear product development process (intake, analysis, prioritization, refinement, and acceptance criteria).
- Translate business and user needs into actionable product requirements (user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria).
- Partner with engineering leads to ensure well-scoped delivery, predictable planning, and value-driven release decisions.
- Track and report on feature impact, adoption, and outcomes against defined KPIs.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and planning sessions across FPC, s-Insight, and related domain teams.
- Represent product priorities in stakeholder forums and planning cycles.
- Continuously improve collaboration practices between product, engineering, and domain experts.
- Partner with Marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Align with Commercial on pricing, packaging, and value proposition strategy.
- Lead external user validation and assumption-driven testing.
- Work closely with UX/UI to deliver intuitive, outcome-focused user experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in agile, cross-functional product environments.
- Strong product discovery and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance strategic goals and delivery constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to define roadmaps and drive execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent requirements definition and documentation skills (user stories, use cases, process models, acceptance criteria).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
- Experience working with data-intensive or operational products, including cross-team platform dependencies.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

- International development opportunities to support your professional growth.
- Private health insurance.
- Home office support (IT workstation equipment provided + a personal budget of up to 400€ for home workplace furniture).
- Quarterly team-building events and even more fun and memorable moments together with StormGeo.
- The salary starts from 5500 EUR gross per month, with the final offer depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
