Business Analyst – Swift & CBPR+

Tasks and responsibilities

- To study the impact of changes in the Investment Funds Services IT landscape.

- To provide analysis within set deadlines and budget for 2 projects, analysing existing services and designing future features.

- To find, elicit, and write business and functional requirements.

- To present results to both Business and IT teams of CFS (development and architecture).

- To design and develop tests cases based on a functional specification user stories or System requirements.

- To participate in functional and regression testing activities.

- To work closely with development teams to analyze, debug and resolve issues.

- To design, develop and maintain regression test suites.

Mandatory Skills and experience

- Master degree (or equivalent) in a computer based discipline or in a business school.

- 3-5 years experience in business and functional analysis.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Strong knowledge of requirements in engineering and modelling tools.

- Strong knowledge of test lifecycles and proven experience in test execution

- Strong business knowledge of fund distribution.

- Strong business and functional knowledge of Swift and CBPR+ MX transition.

- Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment.

- Good team player with excellent communications skills.

- Fluency in English is mandatory. French and/or German are an asset

Optional Skills

- UML knowledge is required.

- Agile knowledge is a plus.

- Jira Dashboard is a plus

- Business Analyst certification is a plus.

- Test certification is a plus
