Are you passionate about driving DevSecOps transformation and building a culture of collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Project Manager to help lead and support our DevSecOps journey.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with product teams, security, operations teams, and leadership to streamline software delivery processes and embed DevSecOps best practices across the organization.

🎯 Your Mission

• Coach, mentor, and facilitate development, security, operations, and leadership teams in adopting DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools

• Lead DevSecOps transformation initiatives, including cultural, process, and technical shifts

• Identify bottlenecks in the software delivery process and recommend practical solutions

• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared responsibility

• Act as a bridge between development, security, and operations teams

👤 Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects within an Agile environment

• Hands-on experience implementing DevOps and DevSecOps practices

• Strong understanding of security integration into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence teams and senior management

• Experience driving organizational and cultural change

• Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills

• Ability to simplify complex security concepts for different audiences
