About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI-driven technology team in Luxembourg. They are building cutting-edge solutions across machine learning and large-scale data systems and need someone with a strong software engineering foundation to design, develop, and deploy robust ML systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and systems
• Work extensively with modern AI approaches, including LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Develop production-grade code in Python and Java
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
• Contribute to system architecture and engineering best practices

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with proven experience building production systems
• Proficiency in both Python and Java
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and tools
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or similar advanced AI systems
• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and distributed systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• English speaking
