ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client a Infrastructure Project Manager (F/M/X)

Context

The client is launching a strategic initiative (HORIZON 365 program) to secure and transform its infrastructure, involving teams located in France and Luxembourg. The objective is to migrate the existing infrastructure from Luxembourg to a centralized and managed environment in France, ensuring improved security, compliance, and operational efficiency. This migration is critical and driven by regulatory and security requirements, with a target completion date of August 2026.

Objective

• Lead a complex end-to-end infrastructure migration.

• Ensure the security and compliance of the target environment.

• Coordinate technical and functional streams across multiple teams and locations.

• Reduce operational risks and improve infrastructure governance.

Responsibilities Program & Project Management

• Lead and coordinate a 360° infrastructure migration program.

• Define and manage project roadmap, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate stakeholders across France, Luxembourg, and international teams.

• Ensure alignment between technical and functional workstreams.

Migration Strategy & Execution

• Define and manage the migration strategy, including separation of functional and technical components.

• Oversee migration of Microsoft server environments and middleware.

• Ensure proper planning, execution, and validation of migration activities.

• Propose alternative scenarios and contingency plans.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks.

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

• Support initiatives aimed at reducing control overhead and improving infrastructure security.

Technical Coordination

• Work closely with infrastructure, application, and middleware teams.

• Provide technical oversight and challenge solutions when necessary.

• Ensure consistency between source and target environments.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

• Coordinate with international teams (including offshore teams) in English.

• Report progress, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders.

Profile Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager.

• Strong experience managing complex infrastructure migration programs.

• Experience in multi-country and multi-team environments.

• Experience with regulated environments and security-driven projects is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:

o Microsoft server environments

o Middleware and application ecosystems

o Infrastructure migration strategies

• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.

• Experience in risk management and migration planning.
