Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Project Manager experienced in Fund Accounting/ Transfer Agency/ Custody to join our journey :

Responsibilities

• Support the project and and prepare upcoming changes across the full operational chain (Front, Middle, Back Office – including NAV, Reporting, etc.)
• Lead and structure assigned projects, ensuring proper planning, organization, and execution
• Define and monitor project milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and provide regular reporting
• Coordinate all stakeholders (business, IT, operations) to ensure smooth project delivery
• Actively contribute to the definition of the Target Operating Model
• Identify prerequisites, constraints, and impacts with all involved teams
• Prepare and ensure the rollout of changes, guaranteeing a smooth implementation
• Support change management throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure proper handover to BAU (Business As Usual) teams and manage project closure
• Ensure quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and successful adoption of changes

Prerequisites

• Strong experience in project management within an Asset Management environment
• Solid knowledge of Back Office operations: Fund Accounting, Transfer Agent, Custody
• Good understanding of the Front-to-Back operational chain (including NAV, reporting, etc.)
• Experience in operational transformation and change management
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and organizational abilities
• Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation actions
• Experience working in an international and matrix environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
• Professional proficiency in English and French
