This internship is a great match if you know you’re interested in Business & IT. Over the course of six months, you’ll explore Rabobank’s IT environment and put your skills and ambitions into practice.

Examples of projects/tasks

• As an intern, you know how to find and interpret data, run basic analyses, and translate your findings into clear recommendations. You may help create functional designs or support IT engineers in developing reliable data solutions.
• You act as a “linking pin” between different stakeholders; Business, IT, and your team members. You’ll help coordinate tasks or small workstreams and support your team in staying aligned and organized.
• You may support the analysis of market or customer trends by gathering data, performing analyses, and preparing clear and concise reports for senior stakeholders.
  
  

You & your future

During your Rabobank internship, you’ll develop your talents through hands‑on experience, networking, and targeted learning. Over six months, you’ll gain broad insight into the IT organization, supported by a buddy and a talent manager. By the end, you’ll have a solid foundation to grow your career, potentially continuing in the Rabobank Traineeship Business & IT, in roles like junior Business Analyst, junior Business Manager, or junior Data Scientist.

You & your talent

• Currently pursuing a bachelor or master degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Data Science, Digital Business & Innovations, Complex Systems Engineering, AI or another relevant field with a suitable assignment.
• You are set to graduate by March 2027
• Affinity or interest in IT or digital environments
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Passion for teamwork, openness to share your ideas, and willingness to learn from mistakes
• Growth mindset
• Skills or interest in complex problem solving, stakeholder management, and innovation

• Possibility to choose from a work experience internship or thesis/research internship
