Role Overview:

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to integrate our teams and support one of our clients in the analysis, structuring, and evolution of their IT architecture and governance model. This is a 100% onsite (presencial) position, where you will act as a central link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and the IT & Security Structure Lead, ensuring clear requirements, robust documentation, and coordinated project execution.

What you will do:

• Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements across different areas of the organization;
• Conduct structured interviews and workshops with stakeholders;
• Translate needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation;
• Act as a bridge between business teams, IT teams, and the IT & Security Structure Lead;
• Support the definition, consolidation, and evolution of the organization’s IT structure and architecture;
• Organize, coordinate, and follow up on IT initiatives and associated projects;
• Create, maintain, and manage documentation related to requirements, processes, and procedures;
• Contribute to the implementation and formalization of governance practices in a collaborative and flexible environment.

What you are like:

• Proficient as a Functional Analyst, with additional experience in IT Project Management;
• Strong analytical, organizational, and synthesis capabilities;
• Comfortable interacting with multiple areas and various types of stakeholders;
• Structured, autonomous, pragmatic, and results‑oriented profile;
• Strong soft skills, including excellent communication, interpersonal ability, and professional posture;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
