We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: Backend Profile – Hybrid (Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra) What we are looking for Hard skills
- Lead by example with 6+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development, demonstrating deep technical expertise and mentoring capabilities.
- Architect and maintain scalable backend services serverless technologies, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Experience with Cloud (Google Cloud Platform or AWS)
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Node.js, leveraging both JavaScript and TypeScript to support maintainability and team collaboration.
- Design and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, aligning with best practices for modularity and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and deliver impactful features that meet business goals.
- Code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js to support full-stack initiatives.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for streamlined deployment and automation.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to support scalable and maintainable cloud infrastructure. Soft skills
