Join the yellow team as our new Senior UX/UI Designer!

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery to delivery;
• Design and document flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma;
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries;
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate decisions;
• Translate complex industrial use cases into simple and effective user experiences;
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure high-quality implementation;
• Mentor junior designers and help establish design best practices;
• Advocate for the user in product discussions and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B or SaaS products;
• Strong command of Figma and experience building and managing design systems;
• A portfolio that shows a clear design process, thoughtful UX decisions, and clean UI;
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and applying insights;
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to completion;
• A good grasp of technical constraints and how design impacts development;
• A curious mindset and drive to continuously improve the product and user experience;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Important Information:

• Hybrid work model: needs to work at the office 4 times per week in Leiria.
