Senior Project Manager

Main Tasks:

• Ensure meaningful project structure and governance, as well as management of key stakeholders, represent projects in key stakeholder (OpCo, SteerCo) and report directly to project sponsors.
• Bring top-down perspective and escalate any transversal issues "
• Regular management of key stakeholders including senior management and support functions across BNP Paribas group (EMEA, APAC, AMER)

• Provide method and expertise to frame and execute the project on time, on quality and on budget
• Lead the project team on a daily basis (tasks allocation, prioritization, etc.) to ensure successful delivery
• Foster and contribute to continuous improvement mindset within the team and with client.

Technical Skills:

• Master’s degree in management, Finance, Economics or Engineering 3 - Expert
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management methodologies and tools 4 - Mastery
• Capable of delivering impactful presentations to the internal clients (senior management) 4 - Mastery
• Able to take on the facilitator role, mobilizing project contributors appropriately 4 - Mastery
• Proficient command of Microsoft tools 4 - Mastery
