We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon, working in an international environment where governance, quality and process excellence are critical.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor IT projects, ensuring alignment with governance standards and organizational objectives.
- Conduct audits and quality reviews on processes, deliverables and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and best practices.
- Analyze processes and identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Define and maintain project documentation, procedures and reporting frameworks.
- Track KPIs and produce regular reports for stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, PMO, etc.) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support risk management activities and contribute to mitigation strategies.
- Influence teams and stakeholders to adopt governance and quality standards without direct authority.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT environments (Project Management, PMO, QA, Audit or similar roles).
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
- Experience with governance, audit or process validation activities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify improvements and inefficiencies.
- Experience with KPIs, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and align teams in complex environments.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in IT audits or quality assurance frameworks.
- Exposure to risk management practices.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks.
