We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon, working in an international environment where governance, quality and process excellence are critical.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor IT projects, ensuring alignment with governance standards and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct audits and quality reviews on processes, deliverables and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and best practices.
  • Analyze processes and identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Define and maintain project documentation, procedures and reporting frameworks.
  • Track KPIs and produce regular reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, PMO, etc.) to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support risk management activities and contribute to mitigation strategies.
  • Influence teams and stakeholders to adopt governance and quality standards without direct authority.


Requirements:

  • Experience in IT environments (Project Management, PMO, QA, Audit or similar roles).
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
  • Experience with governance, audit or process validation activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify improvements and inefficiencies.
  • Experience with KPIs, reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and align teams in complex environments.
  • Fluent English.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in IT audits or quality assurance frameworks.
  • Exposure to risk management practices.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks.
