A leading financial-sector organisation is strengthening its Python Competence Center, a strategic unit supporting the global ambition to evolve into a fully data‑driven company. We are looking for a Python Developer with strong technical expertise and the ability to also take on Scrum Master responsibilities, joining the team responsible for enhancing an advanced Data & Analytics platform used at scale across Data Engineering, Quants, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

As a Python Developer, you will be involved in designing, developing and industrializing Python-based solutions that meet architectural standards, performance expectations and scalability requirements.

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, promote collaboration within the team, and support continuous improvement.

- Key Responsibilities

• Develop Python solutions following best practices, development standards and architectural guidelines.
• Contribute to technical design and to the evolution of the Data & Analytics platform.
• Optimize code, support developers and provide guidance on tools, libraries and best practices.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Participate in technical discussions and align requirements with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review and retrospective.
• Manage sprints and support the Product Owner in prioritization and planning.
• Ensure proper onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
