Role details

As part of Capgemini Invent, you will take an active role combining business ideas and technological ecosystems. You will have the opportunity to discover the best of strategic consulting, digital architecture and business knowledge to create exceptional solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will coordinate and follow up on many tasks: you will spend your time preparing and driving implementation projects and guiding clients. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects yourself and successfully hold client meetings to achieve the project's objectives. You will also contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects.

Requirements

• Graduates in disciplines related to Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.
• Master's degree desirable but not essential.
• Preferably Erasmus / exchange experience.
• Solid academic record at a leading university in Spain.

Professional Experience

• Internship in a large / multinational company
• 0-5 / 1 year of experience in another consulting firm
• Ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Previous experience in consulting or top industry firms is recommended.

Skills

• Essential office skills (Outlook, Teams, PPT, Excel).
• Essential knowledge of English minimum B2.
• Analytical ability to identify and solve complex problems and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of agile and project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus.
• Great ability to learn quickly.
• Able to integrate easily into multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams at all levels of management.
