🚀 About the Role

As a Senior UI Architect & Developer, you will design and develop scalable, enterprise‑grade frontend architectures that power supply chain, product, and retail platforms.

You’ll work closely with design, backend, and product teams to turn complex business workflows into fast, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces used daily across global fashion operations.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Architect and build modern React (19+) and TypeScript UIs with a performance‑first mindset
• Design and maintain enterprise design systems using Atomic Design, headless UI patterns, and Storybook
• Lead frontend architecture decisions: state management, data fetching, code‑splitting, and rendering strategies
• Deliver high‑performance experiences (Lighthouse 95–100) using modern tooling (Vite, TanStack ecosystem)
• Implement real‑time and data‑intensive UIs (inventory heatmaps, scheduling boards, dashboards)
• Champion accessibility excellence (WCAG 2.2 AAA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support)
• Mentor and scale frontend teams, setting standards and best practices across multiple products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex fashion and supply‑chain needs into usable products

🛠 Key Skills & Experience

Frontend Architecture & Development

• 8+ years in frontend development, with 4+ years in React & TypeScript at enterprise scale
• Strong expertise in React Advanced Patterns, state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, React Query), and concurrent features
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale, high‑traffic React applications

Design Systems & UX

• Deep experience building and maintaining design systems (Figma tokens → code, theming, dark mode)
• Mastery of TailwindCSS, Headless UI, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, CSS Grid/Flexbox
• Experience with complex UI components: carousels, selectors, charts, tables, planners

Performance & Quality

• Track record of 95%+ Lighthouse scores across performance, accessibility, and best practices
• Strong testing culture: unit, integration, E2E, visual and accessibility testing

Accessibility

• Hands‑on experience with WCAG 2.2, semantic HTML, ARIA, and assistive technology testing

Domain & Leadership

• Experience with fashion, retail, or supply‑chain UIs (inventory, planning, POS, PLM, RFID)
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and guide frontend teams (15+ developers preferred)

Nice to Have

• Frontend Masters / advanced React certifications
• Monorepo experience (Turborepo), CI/CD for frontend
• Fluent English & Italian; Spanish is a plus
