We are looking for a Senior level GO Engineer to join our guild!

You’ll contribute to services that are essential to the business, deeply interconnected, and demand solid engineering judgment in areas like reliability, data accuracy, and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the development lifecycle, from initial planning and coding through to deployment and ongoing support.
• Design, build, and enhance backend systems using a diverse stack, including Golang, AWS, Kubernetes, MySQL/Postgres, GraphQL, Kafka, Node, and observability tools like Grafana.
• Use modern collaboration and productivity tools such as Notion, Jira Cloud, GitHub, Google Workspace, Lattice, Swarmia, and Slack to work effectively with the team.
• Maintain high standards for reliability, security, and compliance, while ensuring a smooth and low-friction experience for customers.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Go.
• Proven track record of building and operating production-grade backend services.
• Solid understanding of database concepts, including schema design, indexing strategies, query optimization, migrations, and transaction management.
• A proactive, self-driven approach—comfortable working independently, removing blockers, and collaborating across teams.
• High attention to detail and a strong drive to deliver high-quality products.
• Deep familiarity with software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in complex domains and high-scale, high-availability systems.
• Ownership mindset when it comes to code quality, development workflows, and overall developer experience.
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, with a focus on shared success.
