  • 10+ years of Business Analysis, Project Requirements Development, Initiative Management, Agile/Scrum Experience, Project Management experience, or similar and applicable experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a financial services industry: data analytics consulting, technology and/or operations, compliance, risk management, process consulting or similar and applicable experience.
  • 10+ years of overall work experience
  • Can demonstrate knowledge and experience with logic based decision-making systems, risk management practices, or basic programming experience. Knowledge of data analytics practices, consulting and constructing data plans and waterfalls.
  • Data Analytics Consulting background.
  • Experience operating in a Scrum environment.
  • Experience with Remediation and Issue management processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of analytics, modeling tools, statistical techniques and segmentation strategies.
  • Experience with query tools
