What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the development and refinement of the product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements and user stories
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value and feasibility
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and analysts to ensure smooth delivery
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Act as the main point of contact for your product area, aligning stakeholders and communicating progress
- Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Digital, Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital, customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Exposure to eCommerce, digital sales, or subscription-based models is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and web technologies
- Ability to analyze data and customer feedback to guide product decisions
- Skilled in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams
- Commercial awareness and understanding of KPIs
- Basic technical knowledge (e.g., APIs, CMS, tagging, integrations) is beneficial
- Curious, proactive, and customer-obsessed
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO) are a bonus but not required
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
