AI Enterprise Product Manager

RED is supporting a client in the search for an AI Enterprise Product Manager to lead the design, development, and scaling of Agentic AI and enterprise automation products. This is a fully remote contract with an initial 6-month contract that has a high chance of extension

The Role

You will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of Agentic AI and automation products, from strategy and opportunity identification through to prototyping, deployment, and scaling. This is a strategic role, but it also requires someone who is comfortable being hands-on with experimentation, pilots, and AI solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for Agentic AI and enterprise automation products
• Identify opportunities where AI agents can replace, augment, or orchestrate workflows
• Drive adoption of multi-agent systems, copilots, and autonomous workflows
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to prototype, MVP, production, and scale
• Build and test POCs, prototypes, and pilot solutions
• Work closely with engineering and data science teams to design scalable AI solutions
• Establish success metrics and track business impact
• Define governance, guardrails, and risk controls for enterprise AI products
• Engage with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and improve adoption
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML or enterprise automation products
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, copilots, automations, or proof-of-concepts
• Familiarity with Azure, AI Foundry, Databricks, APIs, microservices, and multi-agent systems
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
