Who We Are

We are seeking a talented AI Developer with experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation to join our team, focusing on design and optimize APIs to support and scale our systems.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions with a focus on integrating new data sources into our vector databases
Design and optimize APIs to support and scale our systems
Use Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) to develop innovative solutions
Connect and process large data volumes while ensuring data protection, security standards, and compliance in cloud environments
Develop and integrate chatbots into multi-channel environments (e.g., Microsoft Teams, web apps)
Automate business processes with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Automate
Design and optimize workflows to automate data flows and tasks
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our systems and processes
Use Git for version control and team collaboration

What You'll Bring Along

University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years proven experience in the productive use of LLMs (Large Language Models) and their integration into large-scale user environments
Comprehensive knowledge of Azure technologies and their application in GenAI projects
Experience in developing and implementing APIs for data integration
Proficiency in using Microsoft Copilot Studio for workflow automation and optimization
Experience in developing and integrating chatbots in multi-channel environments
Experience in automating business processes with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Automate
Ability to design and optimize workflows to automate data flows and tasks
Knowledge of connecting and processing large data sets
Awareness of data protection, security standards, and compliance in cloud environments
Experience working with Git for version control
Very good knowledge of Python
Additional skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#

Nice To Have

Experience or knowledge of agent frameworks such as PydanticAI or OpenAI Agents SDK
Previous experience with Azure OpenAI
