This is the mission of the Computational Sciences Center of Excellence (CS‑CoE) — a strategic, integrated department dedicated to harnessing the power of data and AI to support scientists in developing innovative, transformative medicines for patients around the world.
At the core of this organisation, the Portfolio & Operations team acts as both strategic catalyst and operational backbone. The team drives CoE‑wide operations, portfolio strategy, budget and vendor management, procurement interactions, and cloud/software governance to ensure transparency, efficiency, and accountability.
Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead the adoption and execution of five top‑priority operational initiatives.
This role is critical in moving from fragmented, manual legacy processes toward a unified, scalable
“One Source of Truth” operating model.
The perfect candidate:
Experienced Change and Project Manager (Bachelor’s degree or higher, CCMP/Prosci or PMP/Agile preferred) with 3–5 years in Healthcare Life Sciences. Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects. Exceptional communicator, able to translate complex changes into clear, actionable messages. Strategic thinker who independently develops ideas and drives operational execution. Agile, organized, and skilled at managing multiple simultaneous workstreams. Fluent in English, ready for international assignments.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- CPL (Contracts, Procurement & Licensing): Transitioning to a centralized project intake tool and standardized contract workflows.
- TRU (Transparency of Resource Utilisation): Implementing new CoE time reporting and financial WBS strategy.
- L&D (Compliance & Learning Management): Deploying a global CoE training matrix and automated system-based training.
- FinOps(Cloud Management): Establishing integrated cloud governance and unified financial frameworks.
- DOG (Deployment of Operational Guidelines): Launching a centralized "Policy Hub" for all CS CoE policies.
- Change Strategy & Planning: Create tailored change management roadmaps for each of the five initiatives, ensuring alignment with the broader P&O Operations vision.
- Communication Material Development: Design and produce high-impact communication materials, including executive read-outs, global announcements, and process Hub content.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics across the CSCOE and build consensus and ensure regional readiness for global standards.
- Training & Adoption Support: Partner with the L&D and DOG leads to ensureend-user training and operational guidelines are effectively deployed and understood.
- KPI Tracking: Refine and track success metrics related to user adoption and process standardization to demonstrate measurable impact.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or more advanced training; specialized certification in Change Management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci) or Project Management (PMP, Agile) is highly Preferred. (*****)
